The Estevan Police Service was kept busy yesterday responding to a domestic dispute, and a call about a hit and run.
"The Estevan Police Service were dispatched to a central location in Estevan for a report of a hit and run," reported Cst Danielle Stephany. "Unfortunately there were no witnesses or suspects at this time and the matter remains under investigation."
EPS were also called out to a domestic dispute.
"Upon arrival, it was determined that an assault had occurred. A 20-year-old Saskatoon male was subsequently arrested and lodged in cells until sober. He was charged with assault and will have to speak to his charges at a court date later in February."
"Members also conducted a traffic stop where a youth was charged for minor possessing cannabis."
EPS also attended a location in the north central area for a possible break and enter. It was determined no beak and enter had occurred.
They were also dispatched to a southeast location for suspicious footprints in the snow.
"Members attended, however, nothing suspicious was noted and nobody was located in the area."
