Two local businesses stepped up to help the ECS graduating class of 2018.

"We received a donation of four large coolers from Power Dodge," explained Pat Ferguson who works in Student Services at ECS and is heading the Grad Committee. "They had asked KRJ to do a design and manufacture the coolers and Power Dodge paid for the coolers."

"The primary use this year is for Grad 2018. We'll be using them to store water bottles for our guest. And then after that, the school is able to use the coolers for any school event, maybe track meets for example or back to school barbeques, those kinds of things."

She added that the donation in terms of value is substantial.

"We are thrilled to have this donation."

"As a Grad Committee, we would never be able to afford this on our own so we very much do appreciate Power Dodge recognizing the need and making a gift that can be used for the longterm for our students and community. It's exciting."
