The Estevan Police Service were busy throughout Saturday night with a few complaints that lead to the arrest of two individuals. 

Members responded to a noise complaint on the 600 block of Eva Street, The owner was warned of the bylaw, and members did not have to return. 

"Officers attended to a complaint of several males banging on a residence in Willow Park Greens area," stated Sgt. Evan Handley. "As a result, a 21-year-old male has been arrested on outstanding warrants from the Regina Police Service and has been lodged in cells to be remanded to their point. The investigation into assault cause and assault with a weapon is still under investigation and charges are pending for two males."

Members responded to a complaint on the north side of the city. As a result, a 23-year-old male from Edmonton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime. He was lodged in cells and will be taken in front of a justice of the peace Sunday morning to be held for court at a later date
