The Estevan Humane Society had a great year in 2018 and is looking forward to 2019. There were many events that were held to collect donation for the animals they care for, a few of their biggest events was their Birthday Bash, The Dr. Howard Memorial Dog Jog, and The Judy Martin Memorial Duck Derby. Each event helped them raise money to keep the shelter going as well and keep the animals that are staying there healthy and fed.

The Humane Society is always looking for donations of cat or dog food, cat litter that is non-clumping, bleach, paper towel and extra large garbage bags. They graciously accept any donations as long as it is not Special Kitty brand cat food or Old Roy brand dog food.

"We are definitely looking forward to the Whiskers and Wine Gala and our other main events," shared Angela Prette with the Estevan Humane Society, on what they are looking forward to in 2019. "We have some new board members on so we are going to be looking at trying some new things, so that's exciting."
