The Estevan Police Service have held a 34-year-old Estevan man in custody overnight and have charged him with theft.
"He was found committing a theft, police witnessed it," said Sgt. Tyler McMillen of the Estevan Police Service. "He's going to face a charge of theft under $5,000 and he's alsofacing a couple charges of mischief under $5,000, also charges of disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence, possession of an instrument for breaking into coin operated devices, and a breach of probation." 
McMillen said the matter is still under investigation and more charges are pending in the case.  
The man will go before either a justice or a provincial court judge to determine if he'll be released.
