The Estevan Police Service have been busy the last few days. they were called to two domestic disturbances where the problem was quickly dissolved. 

The Estevan police also are working on a few thefts that had taken place in the city recently. A break in to a residence on the north end of the city on July 30th where prescription medication was taken. Police also received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle on July 31 on the 1200 block of 2nd street; money was taken as well as a few other items. Police are asking that if anyone has any information or noted anything suspicious to call crime stoppers and provide the information anonymously or to  call the Estevan Police Service at 306-634-4767.

The Police received a call early morning August 2nd around 3:40 a.m. about a man walking in only his pajama bottoms on highway 47 South at the turn to 4th Avenue. Police located the 61 year old man walking in bare feet and only pajama bottoms. he was found to have paraphernalia which lead to a search where the police found methamphetamine; a street value of $140.00. the man was arrested and will be answering in court for drug possession in October this year.
