According to the latest report on Estevan water quality, released for September, everything continues to remain in the green.

"(It's) looking really good. Right now it's a good time of year, because cooler water is a little bit easier to treat, until it gets ice cold. Everything seems to be going well, everything's coming up good," said Water Treatment Plant Manager Shane Bucsis, adding that the plan for the next couple of months is to stay the course, business as usual.

Work is also still on the horizon, for the time being, on the Rafferty Pipeline project.

"We're working on it right now. All the tenders were rejected, and at this time we're kind of just reviewing the project to see where we can save money. Then we're hoping to have it out for tender by next year."
