Due to the recent rainfall in the area, the Estevan Fire Department and the surrounding RMs have come together to update fire bans.
"Fire bans have been lifted for the RM of Benson #35 as well as the RM of Cambria #6," explained Fire Chief, Dale Feser.
"After consultation with the RM of Estevan #5, they are reporting that they are still having some dry conditions in certain areas so the RM of Estevan #5 will still have fire bans currently in place and we will continue to reevaluate."
