Estevan and area continued to come out in droves to support and raise money for the Humboldt Broncos. This time it was with Fired Up Grill who donated a portion of their brunch sales to the Broncos.

"We had 320 brunches sold," shared Robin Garchinski, owner of Fired Up. "People were waiting at the door when we opened up and it was steady all the way from 10-2."

"The deal was $10 per brunch would go towards the fundraiser so it was $3,200."

$10 from every brunch sold on Sunday went towards supporting the Humboldt Broncos.

He added that with monetary donations, all together, they raised $3,245.

"We had staff that was off duty come in and help and everybody chipped in to make sure the customers were satisfied and well taken care of."

Garchinski mentioned that it felt good to be able to bring some positive out of such a negative event.

"It's been such a heartfelt thing that brought the world together with donations from all over the world."

"We were happy to do it."
