The two-fold system crossing the southeast corner of Saskatchewan has left it's mark in the form of extremely icy roads. However, the rest of it has yet to make it's way through.

"Looks like the freezing rain is pretty much over for Weyburn and Estevan, at least. Probably still happening in Carlyle through Indian Head, so just be prepared for poor driving conditions out there," states Mark Melsness with Environment Canada.

He adds that the slick roads have resulted in accidents and road closures in the Regina area, so drivers in the southeast must be aware of the possibility.

A look at the forecast reveals more rain showers in the near distance for Wednesday, with temperatures hovering just above the freezing mark.
