Overall, 2017 was a great year for Fresh Air Fitness.

"It couldn't have been any better actually, we just had a great year and things really worked out well for us," stated Debby Knight.

"Last year at the time we were just kind of in the dream stage, we had a couple of significant donations already in place and we had Randy Frank busy building somethings. It never really started to take shape out there until about mid June and then it really took off for us."

Looking into the New Year, Fresh Air Fitness has some plans for new equipment.

"We've got some big plans in the works for 2018 also, we are just getting together and trying to figure out what pieces of equipment we want to add right away. We're going to order them right as soon as the New Year starts so that we can get them out there and get them in use first thing in the spring," shared Debby.

"We shouldn't be held back this year. We're going to add some more pieces on the wheel chair accessible area. We are planning to add some more things in the pit area and we are going to build a climbing wall. Just some different fun things, we're definitely open to suggestions and I would encourage people to keep an eye out there for new things being added all the time."

"We have just been totally blown away the whole year but the amazing community support and financial support and all around good comments. We've had a tremendous amount of people out there using the area through out the summer and the fall. We've had home school students that are using the area out there for physical education classes. We've seen lots of families out there working out together, playing together, just enjoying it. It's all free for anyone at any time. It's just been really good, really well received and well used."
