Envision Counselling Services asked for help from the public during the summer asking for gift cards to give to families and individuals at a time of crisis.

The need for gift cards is ongoing.

"Our Gift Card Campaign is going well, we have had some feedback from our communities and we are still accepting Gift cards," said Juli Dzuba, Community outreach and volunteer coordinator.

"We just wanted to remind people it is a great way to give back to the community and they last a long time so we don't have to worry about anything expiring."

Dzuba added that it is easier for Envision clients to get gift cards and purchase things that they need instead of Envision having to guess what they need.

Envision are running programs in Estevan and surrounding communities of South East Saskatchewan.

"We are having fall workshops in the communities, we are also continuing the education within the schools in rural areas of the south-east and we have our regular core programming which deals with families and couples as well as children and individuals."
