With the fundraising and construction phases now complete on Estevan Habitat for Humanity's house project, there is just a little more left to go since the grand opening.

Anyone who has conducted any kind of move of residence can attest to the fact that it is a time consuming and large undertaking, and so it is for Stephanie Bramham as she moves into her new home built by volunteers and the generousity of the southeast.

"She initially started the move the day day after the key ceremony, and then because she was working the following week, she had to line things up to be moved on the week after," shared Habitat Steering Committee Chairman Doug Barnstable.

"We've got all of their belongings moved into the home, and they are now working on getting them unpacked and set up, and they're making progress on that slowly. We did get the washer delivered and installed, and we're still waiting on the dryer for the home."

He added that Stephanie herself is excited for the transition, but tired, as anyone would be during such a operation.

"She's getting a lot of help from her family, so that's an important part of it."
