The Kin Park Classic and Fun Day took place today at Kin Park, everyone in attendance had a great time. There were many activities for the whole family as well as a Ball Hockey Tournament.

Some of the activities that were there were bouncy castles, a rock climbing wall, a treasure hunt and many more games. They also had a Dunk Tank as well as the banjo bowl on with a beer garden for adults. There were also a few food trucks to keep people from getting hungry. A silent auction was also held that included a TV that showed the Banjo Bowl.

Susan Colbow, co-chairperson for the event explains, "It's a fundraiser for the park. We are trying to raise more money for the park. We always have improvements we'd like to make. We are trying to build a new warm-up shack so the money form today's event will go to that
and some of it we will put to Telemiracle as well."

"We would like to thank all of the sponsors that donated the silent auction items and the sponsors who sponsored the Ball Hockey Tournament. We had a lot of volunteers who came out that were part of the clubs that were helping out as well, so we wanna thank all the volunteers that were here that helped make this a success."
