Lampman Recreation was recently the recipient of a donation from Vermilion Energy.

"We are very excited, we know it's not summer yet, and winter is still upon us, but we were very fortunate," shared Brittney Fox, Rec Director for the town of Lampman and the RM of Browning. "Vermilion Energy has donated $1,400 to us for the summer, and that is going to provide us for a free swim once a week for the whole summer."

They also recently installed a new pool liner this past fall and are looking forward to it getting a lot of use this summer.

Fox shared they are excited for all the events coming up for their town, and one of the big events they are looking forward to is their Sports Weekend that will be taking place from June 7th until June 9th.
