There was plenty of excitement coming out of this year's Radiothon for Life.

"At just after 10 Am this morning," shared Travis Frank, Interim Director at the St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, "we announced that the St. Joseph's  Hospital will be revamping our chemotherapy ward. We'll be building  brand new unit where we will be able to offer much better facilities for our patients, a much more comfortable facility for the people who need it."

"I'm very excited to announce that the naming rights for that project have now been sold. Which mean we accepted a donation just now over the phone, for $50,000."

"We're very excited about that, that gives us a brand new total of $95,000."

"That's a huge success for us!"

Not too long after this announcement was released, Jeff Marcotte, the face of the Radiothon, shared that his parents decided to donate $5,000 to bring the total up to $100,935.

The donors will stay anonymous for the time being and that information will be released at a later date.
