RCMP say no charges will be laid following an investigation into a controversial land deal involving the Saskatchewan government.

Crown corporation Global Transportation Hub bought a piece of land near Regina in 2015 for what critics say was three times the appraised value. GTH then sold some of the land for half the purchase price.

RCMP claim thousands of documents were examined and more than 40 people interviewed, including former premier Brad Wall, but that no evidence was found to support criminal charges.
