The Women of Today Nominees were announced during the Quota Spring Crafts Show Saturday Afternoon.

"The TS&M Outstanding Contribution to the Workplace Award we have 7 nominees, for our Ida Peterson Memorial Award for Outstanding Entrepreneur we have 3 names, for our Shirley Orsted Memorial Award for Outstanding Young Women of Today we have 5 nominees and for the Southern Plains Co-Op Outstanding Contribution to the Community Award we're very excited to have 4 nominees," stated Valarie Hall President of the Quota International of Estevan and Chair of the Women of Today Awards. 

On April 25th Professionals Day, the winners of each of these categories will be announced. 

"I look forward to meeting and seeing each one of them there, we have a full slate of 19 nominees and I look forward to having Envisions services and Mental Health for that day." 

"I look forward to seeing a large turnout for the event. I think we can have a great day, recognizing not it only the new 2018 nominees but we will also be recognizing the past 19 years of nominees," shared Valarie. 

"It sounds like with 19 nominees we could have a very full house, which is really nice to have for our 20 years of serving."

The nominees for the TS&M Outstanding Contribution to the Workplace Award includes Lana Dubreuil, Jennifer Gervais, Kim Gingras, Jodi Kallis, Kim Locken, Tanis Savill and Debbie Wade. 

For the Ida Petterson Memorial Award for Outstanding Entrepreneur the nominees include Cindy Muir, Jacquie Mvula and Jennifer Olfest. 

For the Shirley Orsted Memorial Award for Outstanding Young Women the nominees include Janna Cinnamon, Tatiana Dutka, Mackenzie Holman. Kaetlyn Kobitz and Sammy Wade. 

And the nominees for the Southern Plains Co-Op Outstanding Contribution to the Community Award include Tara Kyle, Amanda Pukas, Megan Lingelback and Gail Tytlandsvik.
