Oxbow turned out for all the Christmas Festivities. It started off with Hay Rides at the local Co-op, and Cooper the mascot joined kids handing out candy canes. Inside the staff handed out cookies, s'mores, and hot chocolate while you waited for the hayride to return.

The Friendship Centre, they had a trade show with a variety of vendors. While Santa was busy asking children their Christmas wishes. Then onto the library with a Christmas Store, where kids could buy gifts for their family. And Mrs. Clause read to all the kids around.

The United Church had a free community chili supper, while next door at Pocket park a live nativity and Christmas caroling went on. The Christmas Tree was lit, as street hockey drew a crowd. And so much more, it was a night of spreading the Christmas Spirit throughout the Town of Oxbow.
