Two people who were arrested in last month's drug bust near Frobisher appeared again in Estevan Provincial Court, yesterday. Marion Ellson, and Neil Goertzen, both of Regina are facing charges of possession and trafficking a controlled substance as well as firearms charges. The pair were arrested after a traffic stop near Frobisher on October 6th. 

Marian Ellson was denied bail and will remain in custody. She will return to Estevan Provincial Court on November 20th. Neil Goertzen will appear again in Estevan Court on December 4th. 

Also appearing yesterday was a Weyburn man accused of sexual assault and forcible confinement. His matter was adjourned back to Weyburn Court for November 14th.
