Another quiet evening can be put in the books for the Estevan Police Service on the eve of halloween.

"There was nothing major last night. Members were patrol through the evening, just out and about. We did multiple curfew checks for people released on judicial release," shared Sergeant Evan Handley.

"We responded to a suspicious person in the industrial area, but it was found to be nothing at the time."

During the dayshift on Tuesday, police received a call where the caller was concerned about a coworker not being at work for a number of days. Police attended and took the individual to hospital for assessment.

They also received a driving complaint in relation to a vehicle failing to stop for a red light, and the matter is still under investigation.

Officers were called to a business to break up a disturbance. They were able to provide mediation to a solution.

And members also received another fraud complaint, once again related to the STARS Lottery.
