The Estevan Police Service were Busy Saturday night as they checked 175 vehicles during a check stop on 13th Avenue with the help of MADD. They were pleased to see all the drivers sober.  

Police received a request to do a welfare check on an individual that family/friends were unable to get in contact with. Police attended and determined the individual was fine. Police received a second request for a welfare check on a second individual. Members attended and found the individual to be intoxicated. The individual is on conditions not to consume alcohol. The individual was arrested, lodged in cells, and charged with Breaching Probation.

"We received a complaint about a vehicle driving erratically. The vehicle was located, and the driver was issued a Summary Offence Traffic Ticket," noted Sergeant Kevin Reed. " We also a commercial business alarm last night and the building was secure."

Police received a report of noise coming from a residence. Police attended and warned the individual in control of the property under the bylaw.
