Wednesday's nightshift was uneventful, but the day leading up to it had a few items to keep the Estevan Police Service busy.

Members received a driving complaint in relation to drivers failing to stop for school buses with stop arms out and flashing red lights operational. As a result, police will be conducting stop checks at bus stops to enforce and deter these types of violations.

Officers also attended a report of a dispute over property and access to a dwelling. They resolved the situation with a further follow up investigation to take place.

Police also received a report of a dispute between parent and child. They attended and were able to moderate and mediate the disagreement. Both parties had their concerns resolved.
