As we continue further into fall, the beautiful weather we've been seeing seems to be coming to an end.

This weeks forecast shows a downward trend in daytime highs and even some chances of snow or rain. That goes for more than just the southeast too.

"Weather conditions across the Canadian prairies will deteriorate this week as we see frequent bouts of rain and snow moving across the region, slowing down farming activity and likely creating some travel issues," Drew Lerner with World Weather Inc. explained. "We do expect the precipitation pattern to be erratic enough that not everybody will be impacted on a day by day basis."

Next week, everyone should have seen at least a little moisture and snow could be starting to make it's appearance soon after and be sticking around.

In our five day forecast, available anytime on Discover Estevan, there's a chance of showers or even flurries for both tonight and Thursday,
