Saskatchewan In Motion will be visiting Estevan today.

They will be providing a free information session at the Estevan Public library from 530 p.m to 7 p.m.

Communication Strategist Kim Herperger with In Motion said the session is all about getting kids physically active.

"We are coming down for the evening to meet with anyone interested in getting kids moving more. That's really the whole purpose behind Sask In Motion and one of the main ways that we do that is by working with communities to develop a plan to get kids more physically active."

Herperger went on to say they have visited many communities in an effort to get kids more active. The last event they were apart of in town was the In Motion community chase, which Herperger said was a great turnout.

"Part of the reason why we are coming is to really see whether there is enough interest in town to get involved in our community action process. The process is the way we work with communities to build a plan specific to your needs for taking some action to get local kids moving more."

Those who are interested in helping to get kids more active in the community can attend the event tonight.
