With the weather warming up, many people are itching to get outside, but the snow is not stopping these two men. Kirby Hodgson and Tanner Mantei have been out at the local skate park when they have time to slowly chip away at all the snow so they can use the park and although there is still a lot of snow they have managed to clear enough to start biking.

"We are trying to get everybody out and on their bikes and realise that Estevan does have some good opportunities," shared Kirby Hodgson. "I was living out on the coast for a few years, and I was able to bike in the winter time, all year round, so now it's itching at me."

They are hoping to get enough snow cleared so the kids can get outside and use the park. With the sunshine we've received you'd think it would help them.

"when we go out to blow snow, we usually go at night because we are working all day, so it's on our own time, so we go out at night. By that time it's already starting to freeze up a little bit and it makes it a little harder for us to chip away at, but it's been pretty good."

They welcome anyone interested in helping to clear the snow and want to remind anyone using the park always to wear a helmet.
