The RCMP Combined Traffic Services in Estevan were very busy last week on top of assisting with emergency situations as a result of the blizzard in southeast Saskatchewan.

Surprisingly, the unit still ticketed 22 vehicles between March 5 and March 11 with exceeding the speed limit despite the brutal road conditions.

That doesn't include two tickets for driving at a speed greater than is reasonable and safe for the conditions and two more tickets for exceeding 60 km/h while passing an emergency vehicle.
