Story Night in Estevan took place last night and had really great stories from people in the community. Desmond Billsky explains what the event was, "We have some people telling 10-minute stories from their lives, no topic is off limits."

"I originally reached out to STARS to see if they'd come to tell stories because I figured that would draw some people. I left it too long and didn't get them in time but they still offered to send us a prize package so we decided to give them the money. All the money is going towards STARS. We got everything sponsored tonight as far as our membership to the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum, our drinks, our food, all that kind of stuff is all sponsored. Everything made last night all goes to STARS, It's not a lot of money, but every penny helps towards them."

Billsky shares how it turned out, "It's pretty good, I mean Estevan is kind of a hit or miss as there's other stuff going on in town. We had about 30 people which is perfect, we want to be small and intimate, do we want a few more, sure we did because every penny helps but this was still pretty good."

There were many great stories and even song performance to one of the stories that left people laughing.
