The Estevan United Way Telethon has reached its first milestone - raising over $100,000.

A large part of that is due to the amazing performers and guests that have volunteered their time and talents for the Telethon.

So far, we've seen performances from Discover Estevan's own Sarah Hodgson, many different school groups, and a performance from the ECS Cheer Team and the Drewitz School of Dance.

"I just enjoy knowing where the money goes," shared Tara Kyle, one of the many performers, "and knowing that I can contribute to the community."

Guests representing such organizations like Estevan Area Home Car, Envision, CNIB, and the Red Cross have also been interviewed explaining how the United Way has helped their organizations.

The entertainment continues throughout the night with CJ1150's afternoon host Dan Espelien, Discover Estevan's Matt Cinnamon, and many other talented acts.

Tomorrow's show features even more performances from the Estevan Girl Guides, Darlene Bowen, Deb Chalus, Blair Wrubleski and the grand finale with the Daae family.
