The Estevan Police Service was busy making the rounds last night, The intense hockey game kept most peoples attention for the night however there were a few incidents of note. Sgt.Tyler McMillan.

"Last night members did foot patrols inside and outside of Affinity Place.  We did have some concerns and complaints of parking in the area, several tickets were issued for parking in staff parking and fire lanes. We just want to remind the public even though we know there's busy times in the area and different events going on that they have to find proper places to park."

"A report of harassment came in, several calls and text messages to the reporter of the complaint, we identified the suspect and the matter remains under investigation."

"We were also called to a downtown liquor establishment last night to a report of an assault. A 30-year-old Estevan male was arrested for an assault he was lodged in cells until he can sober up and he will be released on some conditions until a future court date."

The police were also out looking for impaired drives, however, none were found.
