Mail disruptions could be heading our way closer to the end of this month.

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers and Canada Post don't seem able to find a middle ground since negotiations began last November, leaving some are speculating that a strike or a lockout could be on the horizon.

Job action won't be legally possible until the 26th, and both sides have said they most likely will not take this route.

They will try to do everything to reach an agreement, but workers and residents are warned to be ready for a mail strike
