As the United Way Telethon draws closer, Estevan City Hall proclaimed the week of October 22 to 28th as United Way Week

"The United Way do a tremendous job for us in our community," shared Mayor Roy Ludwig. "If it wasn't for the United Way a lot of our local organizations would not have the needed funding to carry out the very important work that they do within our community."

Estevan United Way President, Travis Frank shared his enthusiasm for the proclamation signed today. 

"We're very excited today to be proclaiming October 22nd through to the 28th as United Way Week. United Way Estevan has been a mainstay in our community for over 40 years."

 The Estevan United way has raised over $8 million for the community. This year, their goal is to raise $335,000 for their member groups.
