A man who was charged with drug possession, trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime has been released with a number of condions.

Some of those conditions include to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, to appear before the court when directed, to be under a curfew and to not to be more than 100 km away from his residence. He was also prohibited from possessing firearms, ammo, and a cell phone.

Allen Enziwe Kaliati (22), of Edmonton, Alberta is charged with the following offences:

1) Possession of cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to sec. 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. (CDSA)
2) Trafficking cocaine contrary to sec. 5(1) of the CDSA.
3) Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 contrary to sec. 354(1)(a) of the
Criminal Code of Canada.
