According to the City of Estevan, a small, isolated patch of Wild Parsnip has been located in the  Pleasantdale Valley.

"The plants have been treated with herbicide for control.  The plants are still standing while the herbicide takes its course.
Wild Parsnip is a designated noxious species known to cause a burn like rash if the chemicals ( furanocoumarins) in the plant system come into contact with human skin especially when the infected skin is exposed to the sun."

"For your safety please refrain from touching these plants, they will  die off and dry up shortly. This minor infestation was caught early and will be monitored for effective control measures, if you see any others, as per the image below, please call the Parks Division at 306-634-1880."
