A showcase of artwork was featured yesterday evening at the Solar Studio Art Gallery in Estevan.

Local artists gathered to display their artwork revolving around the theme, "Dog Days of Summer". Indian paint, photography, sculptures and watercolour were among a few of the exhibits displayed.

Linda Gudmundson, local artist involved in the showcase explained that every artist's interpretation was quite unique, however, it was easy to see what every artist was trying to portray.

The gallery invites all residents, tourists and visitors to come down to the gallery and support local artists.
