Taylor Japp made his first court appearance in Regina Provincial Court today April 29, 2024, after being charged with the second-degree murder of Brianna Hayes from Oxbow.
Japp's next court appearance is set for Carlyle on Wednesday, May 01, 2024.
27-year-old Tyler Shaw of Gainsborough was charged with accessory after the fact to murder in the homicide and he attended provincial court last week.
Shaw's bail hearing has been set for May 9 at the Estevan Court of King’s Bench.
