Another special feature night madae it's way to the Estevan Motor Speedway with the 2 Strong Summer Dirt Tour, an eight stop special event for Sport Mods that brought out more racers from North Dakota and Montana as well as the crew that usually comes out from the southeast area. They joined the usual other four classes, the Hobby Stocks, Stocks, Modifieds and the Slingshots to round out a full night.

In the first feature of the night, the Hobby Stocks, Richard Hiebert's 7H car started in second but quickly took his place in first around the track. A group of three from the back started to make their way up towards the front. Estevan's Scott Curtis, Minot's Adam Goff, and Brad King from Minot as well would make their way up about halfway through the race and battle it out for first place.

Curtis managed to pull up front first and would battle the other two off for a minutes, but Goff would make his way up front. Goff would pull away by about a car length to take the victory with King in second and Curtis in third, but the two of them were neck and neck.

Then in the Stock car race around the track, Jeremy Istace from Estevan started things at the start of the pack with Jace Iverson and Geoff Mann right on his tale, but the group of three that started in front would soon find themselves in a battle for fifth, and the group from eighth to eleventh would shift up to the front.

Chris Hortness from Estevan would be the first of the group to find his way in front, and he'd lead for a few laps before the others started to catch up. Jaren Boyce would come into contention and nip at his heels as the other two, Dalton Flory from Williston and Devon Gonas from Midale played catch up as well. As the race wore on, Hortness would start to pull away as the other three started to become preoccupied with each other behind him, and it would last long enough that Hortness would take the win.

The next two races would see a litle bit of controversy. Moving on to the Modified's division, they would see a number of cautions throughout the race. Tyson Turnbull would quickly establish himself as the leader of the pack, using the top of the track to take as much speed as possible as he could to set himself out in front. Then a caution would come as Turnbull would take his turn a little too fast as he'd spin out in front of the pack, causing him to get sent back.

That meant the new leader was Kody Scholpp. He hadn't broken away from the pack the same way Turnbull did, but he wouldn't let go of his position in second place that he found by following the bottom of the track. Now in first, he stayed on that bottom spot of the track the entire race to find his extra space as Turnbull clawed his way back up, but would settle for third as Scholpp crossed the line for the first place finish.

In the final race of the evening, the Sport Mods, even more cautions would come. Out of the 19 racers on the field, only 12 of them would end up finishing the race. The first five racers in the feature race would stay in those first five positions for all 22 laps. The battle for first would be between Brady Rjella and Robby Rosselli. There would be some controversy after two straight cautions in a row on laps 14 and 13 when the second caution was caused by the leader, Rjella, right away. On the restart, he wasn't moved from his position at the top of the pack.

Rjella would continue to hold his spot in first until the fourth last lap when Rosselli would finally manage to sneak by him on the inside, but by the next go around the track Rjella had retaken his spot before another caution flag would get caught up right away with only three laps to go. The restart would hit, the last three laps would go, and Rjella would cross the line in first.

After the race, while all the other vehicles were in victory lane, Rjella however would take his car to the scale, and find that it was 15lbs too late. After spending the entire race but one lap in first, Rjella would be disqualified and Rosselli would take first place.
