This afternoon's update from the province on COVID-19 numbers include one death, but recoveries do outweigh new cases.

The death was a person in their 70s in the Regina area. Eleven new cases were confirmed, while 31 people recovered.

The active cases in southeast Saskatchewan remain at three.

Nine of the new cases are in the south-central region, while one is in southwest Saskatchewan, and one is in the Saskatoon region. Ten of the 11 people that were newly diagnosed live in communal-living settings.
