FIRE CHIEF DALE FESER:

It's 'Fire Prevention Week' across Saskatchewan and our tremendous members of Estevan Fire Rescue have been busy all week doing their part to promote fire safety in Estevan.

This year, the slogan is "When Seconds Count, Know Two Ways Out". Estevan Fire Rescue is encouraging all residents and business owners to have a solid plan in place, because you often don't have time to make one when there is a blaze.

Estevan Fire Rescue has also once again teamed up with the Tower Cafe, following the pizza delivery vehicle to homes across Estevan. Once at the location, if members are invited in they will take a look at the current smoke alarm setup in the home.

If an alarm is defective, has a dead battery, or is more than ten years old, Estevan Fire Rescue will replace the smoke alarm with a new one...FREE OF CHARGE!

So order your delicious Tower Pizza before the end of the weekend!

We'll see Fire Chief Dale Feser (thanks for stopping by), other members of Estevan Fire Rescue, and all First Responders during 'First Responders' Appreciation Night at the Power Dodge Estevan Bruins game on Thursday night, 7pm at Affinity Place!
