As COVID hospitalization numbers continue to rise past the previous record, active cases in the province have fallen by more than 1,000.

In Saskatchewan, there are 611 new cases and 1,634 recoveries, for an active case count of 10,354.

There are 372 hospitalizations being reported, with two being added today. 49% of those hospitalizations are being considered incidental. 

There are four new deaths being reported and the new seven-day average is 1,022.

In the southeast, there are 33 new cases and 131 recoveries, with an active case count of 661.

Estevan's South East Sub Zone 4 had three new cases, with an active case count of 166.
