On Saturday, October 29, sometime between midnight and 4:30 a.m., Estevan RCMP received a report of a 47-year-old female pedestrian who was struck by a motor vehicle after leaving a social gathering at a residence located in the Sunset subdivision, south of Estevan.
Initial investigation determined the pedestrian was walking from a residence toward Highway 47 when she was struck.
The pedestrian sustained what were described as serious, non-life-threatening injuries and remains in hospital.
The Estevan RCMP continues to investigate the collision and is requesting any information the public can provide that may support the investigation.
