A wildland fire near the US border has resulted in the Carnduff RCMP closing Highway 9 South.
They are on Highway 9 South, around four miles (6.5 kilometres) north of the US border. The highway will be closed while fire crews work at containing the blaze.
Police ask that you avoid all travel south on Highway 9.
The Highway Hotline will be updated when it is reopened.
