Forwards Eric Pearce and Keagon Little both scored twice as the Estevan Bruins beat the Nipawin Hawks 7-2 Wednesday night at Affinity Place.

The Bruins swept the season series with the Hawks, winning all four meetings.

There is nobody hotter on the Bruins roster right now than Little. After going 20 games without a goal, the Wymark Sask. native now has five goals in his last five games.

Goaltender Boston Bilous returned to the net after missing four games with a stomach bug. He stopped 19 shots in the win. Bilous also celebrated his 21st birthday on Wednesday.

With the win the Bruins pulled into a tie with the Humboldt Broncos for first place in the SJHL, but the Bruins are in the driver's seat with three games still in hand on Humboldt.

Estevan will host Flin Flon Friday night at Affinity Place. You can catch the game on Rock 106 beginning at 7:15 with the pre-game show.
