The Southeast Midget AA Goldwings were on the ice over the weekend for a pair of games and came out with all four points available.

Friday night saw the team put pitch another shutout, this time against the Prince Albert Foxes.

In the opening frame, Jaycee McLellan scored for the Wings to give them a 1-0 lead with helpers coming from McKenna Walls and Cammi Mytopher.

In the second the team would add two more with Marci LeBlanc scoring at the midway mark from Killrud and Kotylak.

Then with under four left in the period, McKenna Walls scored to add her second point of the game with the assists going to Dallis Prawdzik and Alyssa Orht.

Sunday saw the group play their long-time rival in the Regina Rebels and come out victorious once again it which ended up being a much closer 5-4 finish.

After the first things were all tied up at two with the Wings having two tie things up late in the period after allowing Regina to take the lead for a brief time. Jenna Currie scored the first goal for Southeast without any help and Mckenna Walls scored the previously mentioned tying goal, Dalis Prawdzik had the apple.

Then in the second, Kendra Kotylak and Dalis Prawdzik each scored on the powerplay to take a 4-2 lead into the third.

In the final frame, the Rebels made it close, scoring a third goal, that goal would end up being all for not though as only a few minutes later Khloe Bedore scored a shorthanded goal to retake the two-goal lead.

Regina scored another late but couldn't even things up.
