Snow may not be for everyone, but for the grade two classes at Spruce Ridge School it is mostly fun and games.

With snow piling between 10-20 centimeters around Estevan the scene was set for a winter wonderland atop Spruce Ridge Drive.

Whether building snowmen and snow forts or playing in the schoolyard these kids are making the most of the early winter season.

For a couple of these students, they even enjoy getting their dog involved in snowball fights and digging in the snow.

The snow fall has not dampened students' spirits the main downside being cold temperatures and putting on their snow suits for recess. Tenley Mack says, “It’s easy to put on, but it takes a while.”

Even with the temperatures remaining in the negatives these kids are positive that it will not impact their Halloween fun.
