An Estevan man will be going to jail after pleading guilty to several charges stemming from the robbery of a gas station in the fall of 2015. 

Today, in the Estevan Provincial Courthouse, Evan Garrow pleaded guilty to one count each of theft, committing an indictable crime while the face was covered, provoking fear or intimidating a court witness, utter threats and breach of probation. 

Altogether, Garrow received 400 days in jail. Following his release from jail, he will be under twelve months of probation. He will also have to pay $1,000 in fines and surcharges as well as be subject to a lifetime firearms ban. He will also be compelled to submit a sample for the national DNA registry.
