Three people pleaded guilty and were sentenced yesterday at the Estevan Provincial Courthouse for impaired driving. 

Ronald McIntyre was arrested on Aug. 20 near Glen Ewen for impaired driving. When police administered a breath test, he blew .120 and .110. 

He was given a $1,300 fine and a $390 victim impact surcharge. He was also prohibited from driving for one year. 

Brent Shier of Estevan also pleaded guilty to impaired driving. He was given a $1,400 fine and a $420 victim impact surcharge. As well, he will also not be allowed to drive for one year.

Morgan Konjolka was arrested June 26th along Highway 47 north of Estevan. After giving readings of .250 and.270, she was arrested and placed in a police vehicle. However, she managed to slip the handcuff off her wrists which resulted in a resisting/obstruction charge. 

She received a $1,500 fine and $450 victim impact surcharge, along with a suspended sentence and 12-month probation order. She was also ordered to attend substance abuse and anger management treatment. She will not be allowed to drive for one year.
