One man in southeast Saskatchewan is not letting anything get in the way of his passion for flying.

Ken Johnson has muscular dystrophy. Despite that, he owns his own airplane and takes flight regularily. Recently, his positive attitude caught the attention of a national aviation magazine, and he and his aircraft were featured in an article.

Matt Cinnamon, himself an avid aviator, had a fantastic chat with Ken about his condition and how he overcomes it, the attention he has been receiving, and even had some 'pilot talk' about Ken's plane!

Thanks to Ken for taking the time to chat, and for sharing his inspiring story!

Ken chose an aircraft that was designed so the wings are braced internally, instead of external struts, allowing him to wheel his chair right up to the door.
