Maryfield is the type of community that people want to come home to. In fact, that’s precisely what’s going on this summer during their Maryfield Summer Fair; on July 27th during Maryfield’s fair days, the Graduating Classes of ‘87, ‘88, and ‘89 will be coming back to the small town for their annual Homecoming and Fair.

Local resident, Denine Neufeld, told us, “It’s the perfect time to get together, rekindle some old friendships, and visit.”

To prepare for the big weekend, the Maryfield Beautification Committee has been hard at work. They are planting flowers, tending to several community gardens, and cleaning up the picturesque community.

“They always do a fabulous job,” Denine explained.

If you’re visiting Maryfield for Homecoming or the Fair, check out some of their other amenities like their renowned curling school, museum, and local theatre and concert hall. This charming Southeast community has something for everyone and really does feel like Home Sweet Home.
