The Estevan Police Service are investigating a collision between a vehicle and a cyclist at 6th Street and 13th Avenue.

The woman who was driving the vehicle reported the collision to the police, saying it happened around 3 p.m. Monday. The cyclist apparently got back on the bike and took off.

Sgt. Braden Lonsberry said police are hoping to speak to the cyclist, as they continue to investigate the matter.

There was also a report of a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle at the same intersection last Wednesday.

Lonsberry said there's no reason for the public to be concerned for their safety at the intersection.
